We built the Schumacher Farm Equipment Shop in Reynolds, ND as a full-service machine shed and farm shop for the family's growing operation. The main building measures 100' x 150' x 26' with a 40' x 40' office tucked inside, sized for tractors, a Bobcat skid-steer, a semi-truck, a pickup, and the rest of the daily fleet. Multiple oversized garage doors and ventilation units keep equipment moving in and air moving through, even on the hottest summer days. As an agricultural building contractor working across North Dakota, we specified the white steel exterior to hold up to year-round Midwest weather without constant upkeep. It is purpose-built for the way modern farms actually operate.
