The Trust Land oil service building in New Town, ND was built to support oil well service operations on the western side of the state. As an industrial building contractor working across North Dakota, we constructed a large industrial steel building with vertical metal siding, multiple windows and doors for daily access, and a double glass door entrance trimmed in white and red on a small concrete porch. The build was documented through the construction phase, including the crane and scaffolding work that brought the structure up. It is a tough, working facility designed for the realities of the oilfield and engineered for the climate it stands in.
